Ricardo Faya, born in Rio in 1976. Before AI existed as we know it, he was already there — at every tech turning point, learning the new tool the day it arrived. This is the story behind FayAI.
From the 386 to your first company at 16
São José dos Campos, in the 386 era. While configuring and 'tuning' the micros that supplied the Paraíba Valley, Ricardo opened his own RPG store — Tales of the Vale — building the brand from scratch along with a visual method for teaching the game using Photoshop and 3D Studio 1. Then came the exchange program in the US, the industrial technician degree, and Computer Science at UNIVAP.},
28 years editing for millions
Professional editor with stints at MultiRio, FGV (editor-in-chief), Jockey Club (led the station's SD→HD transition), and German TV ZDF/ARD — editing on equipment entirely in German. The peak: Fox Sports and Fox International Channels, cutting World Cup and Olympics for over 20 million DAILY viewers.

Google Cloud certifications in generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Design. The USS presented at RioWebSummit. And FayAI: an ecosystem where AI agents write, edit, publish, and teach — built by someone who spent 30 years learning every technology on the day it was born.
