Starting from scratch, in five steps
If this is your first time here, this is the shortest path between opening the site and having watched a lesson. No step requires payment.

Open a free lesson before creating an account
The first lesson of every course in the catalogue is open and asks for no sign-up. Use it to check the pace, the depth and whether the way we explain things suits you — before deciding anything.

Create the account with the email you actually use
Your email is what ties together your enrolment, your progress and your certificate. Changing it later is possible but tedious: start with the address you will still be reading a year from now.

Pick a course and finish one chapter
Progress is saved per chapter, automatically. You can stop halfway, close the browser and come back the next day at the exact point where you left off, from any device.

Take the quiz when you finish
Every course has a question bank drawn from the content you have just read. Score above the required minimum and the certificate is issued immediately, with a public verification code.

Tailor the material in the Atelier
Inside a course, under My / Settings, you can adjust the depth and the length of the text for your own context. The material rewrites itself for you without changing the course for anyone else.
Common problems, and what to do
I logged in but the course I bought is not in my list
Check that you are signed in with the same email you used at checkout — that is the cause in almost every case. If it is the same address, contact support with the email and the purchase date: the enrolment may have been left inactive, and reactivating takes minutes.
The site switched back to Portuguese on its own
That happens when an older link carries no language and navigation falls back to your browser default. Switch with the language selector at the top: the address then starts with /en and stays that way as you browse.
I finished the quiz and no certificate arrived
The certificate is only issued above the course pass mark. Retake the quiz — questions are drawn from a larger bank, so the second attempt is not the same exam. If you did pass and still received nothing, check the certificate verification page before opening a ticket.
The video will not load
It is nearly always a stale browser cache. Reload with Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If it persists, try a private window: if it works there, an extension is blocking the media.
I forgot my password
Use password recovery on the login screen. The link arrives by email and expires — if it is slow, check the spam folder before requesting another, because a new request invalidates the previous link.
