Data Deletion Request

In compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and Meta Platforms policies, you may request the complete deletion of your personal data stored by FayAi at any time.
1. How to request deletion
Send an email to the address below with the subject "Data Deletion" including the email registered on the platform:
We will respond within 48 business hours confirming receipt of your request.
2. Data that will be deleted
- Personal data (name, email, profile picture)
- Course progress history
- Issued certificates
- Payment data and transaction history
- Account preferences and settings
- Google or email login data
- Data collected via Facebook/Instagram Login (if applicable)

4. Data we may retain
Due to legal obligations (Law No. 12.965/2014 — Brazilian Internet Framework), we may retain access logs for up to 6 months and fiscal transaction data for up to 5 years. This data is kept in anonymized form and cannot be used to identify you.
5. Your rights (LGPD)
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), you have the right to deletion, portability, correction, and anonymization of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at fayai.com.br@gmail.com.
