By accessing and using the FayAi platform, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this document. Read carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.
2. Description of Services
FayAi offers an AI education platform, including online courses, AI tools (such as Studio AI), community and consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. All activities carried out under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including courses, videos, texts and materials, is the property of FayAi or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to share credentials, download content for redistribution, use automation to access the platform or violate third-party rights.
6. Payments and Refunds
Prices are displayed in BRL (Brazilian Real). The platform offers the following subscription plans: Explorer (R$57/month), Professional (R$97/month) and Expert (R$167/month). We offer a 7-day guarantee for full refund on any plan. After this period, there is no refund for courses already accessed. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time without additional charges, with access maintained until the end of the paid period.
7. Limitation of Liability
FayAi is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, are elected to resolve any disputes arising from these terms.
